Personally, I don't think that the literature is too important as of right now. I think new books should be one of the last things written.
Also, by the heathen description of the Black Marsh Argonians, I wouldn't think that they would beable to write or read. So most books would be geared toward a small part of the Argonians (the hist) and/or the Imperials.
I agree with Eon-Nin's statement. Books are not going to be widespread here.
I will attempt to throw in some quest ideas, if my help would be welcome. I have posted several quests already on Silgrad Tower, my favorite being my very first one, "MISC: A quest that can go in any town, really"
I have been gathering ideas to write more quests like that one, and I feel that if I expand my range of areas to have quests in, I will be very likely to come up with more good quests.
I personally believe that there should be a faction, maybe related to the Imperial Legion, that is set up to protect the Argonians from Dunmer slavers. If not a faction, then at least several connected or non connected quests...
I think I have and will continue to make literature reflective of the more learned of Argonians
