Ok, heres part 3 of vivic. Still got plenty of work to do, ive decided instead of trying to get NPCs assigned to each interior while im working on it im going to wait till i have the full NPC list so I can move NPCs to other cantons that have more space, also when I create new NPCS its going to be alot easier to place them.

St. Delyn has LOTS of extra space, space for housing, for temples, for shops whatever. since it is a big pilgrim hotspot I was considering adding 2 Seperate Inns. We'll see

This was a dreamer shrine, not anymore, one of the new npcs will occupy, still gotta get which one.

-Ilmeni Dren, dark elf, female, noble, Hlauu.*(There is going to be a decent size quest for Imeni, since she was a huge anti-slavery abolishonist she is going to be the primary leader of the group that officialy and legaly got rid of slavery, the quest, you will be an agent of hers to go and either arrest or kill any slave owners. Many of the Dren plantation owners have not given up thier slaves and are in fact violently ready to defend thier right to own slaves...more to come)*

Sorry to post this here lol couldnt find anywhere else but since all the Tamriel was invaded by Daedra. I have overheard a convo between a darkelf and Highelf talking about how vivec was totally overrun with daedra and i think it was destroyed

by the way, I plan for St. Delyn to be a big spot for Indoril immigrants....
and the St. Olms for Dres... though these aren't actually their cantons

After looking through the CS, it's NOT Vivec. You're thinking of Ald'Ruhn.

With Vivec the last god gone can we make his palace a place for the High Lord of the Temple make it a home with a throne in the middle some desks books and a big bed?

but what when vivec came back. would he find a intruder in his palace.
And what would the wrath of the god be. I dont think he survives.
and the people have to much respect for vivec, they wont go into his home just like that.

BlueDev confirmed that the Nerevarine, Vivec, Helseth, and Barenziah are all still alive a while back.

in the case of Indoril i think i overheard someone in oblivion saying something about indoril being whiped out by someone else...i cant recall...
