Sure, if you want to claim something, you'll have to find something that isn't claimed yet. There are a ton of Soluthis claims (Soluthis and Reich Parkeep are pretty much the same city, RP is in the middle of Soluthis) going at the moment that are all custom models (Redoran interiors), or you can have a look at claims 05 or 07, they are also unclaimed at the moment. If you want to mod a DB sanctuary, I think that would be great! Perhaps in the larger part of Soluthis, it would be more concealed. And not only that, I think the Redoran interior tileset would fit the atmosphere perfectly too. :yes:

Sure, you'll want to claim it HERE. That page contains the info about it. The NPC is already made I believe, but if you want to add your own store servant, by all means, go right ahead.
