Ok, When my computer is re-assembled, it will have 1.5 gigs of virtual memory. Will I be able to use the heightmapping(which is the same thing as that thingy in TES3 where you can change the height of the land and the texture?)

If I can't, can I still use the generator that Bethesda used to Cyrrodil?
...?! What you described isn't height mapping. You'll be able to do that just fine.
HAARAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOORAH!!!!!!!!! SEMPER FI...wait Im not a marine...MONTANI SEMPER LIBERI

So what is heightmapping?
Go to the "edit heightmaps" tool in the CS and you'll find out quickly. (No, you don't need 2 gigs of RAM to load up the tool... I think you just need that much to generate land from the heightmap.)
Well I dont have the CS so :p

Anyway, by generate you mean what Bethesda did to make Cyyrodil?
You can install and use the CS without Oblivion.
Nope, it CTDs on mine, though you had no way of knowing that
Well... "generate" isn't the right word. It's basically where you can paint in the height.
Paint in?

That's what a height map looks like. That's without any erosion or anything on it. Finished height maps aren't terraced like that.
