Would the Vvardenfell project bring back the Levitation spell?

Or would we mod in something like the teleporting platforms seen in the Archmage's tower at the Arcane University?

I guess it could go both ways, I'd probably go for the Levitation myself. Smile Although if there were Teleporting platforms, that could be cool too... with glow mapped Telvanni/ Dunmeri designs... something like this per se

*Yeah, I'm a fan of FMA Big Grin
I'm guessing Levitation is a no because it would been being able to fly over the walls of cites that have their own world spaces.

Vvardenfell's cities (and probably Silgrad Tower's too) won't be in seperate worldspaces because we're not limited by a console.
Reich Parkeeps in its worldspace, but that will probably be it.

Levitation can be disabled there.
It doesn't have to be, because of the open towns project. If you don't have that mod, an invisible barrier can be put around cities so you can't levitate in unless they're open cities.
For the towers, we need teleporter pads like the mages guild in Cyrodiil. That would fix the issue without messy levitation.

The reason why the Telvanni use levitation is to keep out most commoners. Portals don't exactly do that.
