In the lower right part of CS screen you'll see the faces (face count).
For your interior it's
177140. It should be around the 150k and max 300k for an interior of this size. This is important to keep the fps acceptable.

Add some more clutter. Especially
this area is very empty.
All parts of the counter are bleeding (a little). Reposition them using the Z and F key. Reposition everything on it afterwards.

Set the lighting for the basement. It is now totally dark. (R=0 G=0 B=0)
Add candlesticks or something equal.
NPC
Check "No rumors".
Add a fooditem count "-1" to the inventory of the NPC.
AI
You should lock the frontdoor from the inside. Set the ownership to your NPC and give the door an average lock. Then go to the AI of your NPC and select the last package (aaaSleep20x2). Change the name of this package to 'StKESleep20x2' and select 'Yes' at the 'Create a new form?' question. Then replace the 'aaaSleep20x2' package with the package you've just created.
Check the 'Lock Doors' in the 'At Package Start' section and the 'Unlock Doors' in the 'At Package End' section.
Uncheck the 'Offer Service' flag in your first package (StKEEat 6x12)
Dialogue
Remove 'stkeowner1' from the 'Add Topics' window. Then add the following sentence in the 'Result Script' window: AddTopic stkeowner1
After you've done that set this greeting to 'say once' and add one or two more greetings. Set them at 'random'.
And after that, create a few more topics. Let him talk about Steadhelm or Silgrad City for example. Don't forget to add the topics in the 'result script' window of your 'say once' greeting. Otherwise they won't appear in the game.
