...that's been puzzling me for ages

Anyone know what the song is called that the marching band performs in the early scenes of the straight-to-dvd movie "American Pie presents Band Camp"? Usually when I want to track down a song I just punch in some of the text in google and I almost always find the lyrics, from where I can glean the title and artist... but this song in the movie is performed without lyrics. I have a hunch it's a modern song, from this side of the millenium, but I just can't place it.

sorry havent seen the whole movie entirely, so i cudnt say. Maybe this could help. It lists all the songs from the movie, although i dont know if it would list songs performed by the marching band in it.

Turns out the song is called "Laid" and performed by the artist "James". Haven't heard of either before. But 'tis a good song
