Silgrad Tower from the Ashes

Was running around Dumac today trying to find an entrance to it, without success.

So looking at the CS i saw there is actually a crank to open it.

My question is how do you get the crank to appear in game? Is it through some quest?

Nevermind, i found the problem, i forgot i'm using an old version of ST, i'm using the most recent public released one.

My bad X(
