In the Westside Silgrad Tower on near the bullitiin Board you meet Marran Odi, she asks you to escort her to the Travellin Adventurer in Crossroad Inn

Once you arrive she thanks you and gives you a ring
If you talk to her again, she thanks you again and gives you a second ring (the same one)
