Now, obviously we need to know where we should start building Elsweyr's cities and such. I say we should start building just south of Cyrodil (but west of Bravil), that way we can release as we go, and it will be easy to access. What do other people think?
We are currently deciding between the highly imperial rimmen, taking a reich parkeep aproach, or to jump in at the heart of elsweyr. I think rimmen, with some desert locations, however, we want tog et a heightmap finished so as to avoid the rebuilding issue the other projects are facing. So we will likely start with models and interiors, especialy dungeons, and work from there.
