In case anyone's missed it, we're developing a newspaper edition for Reich Parkeep dubbed "The Weekly Cuttle" over in Lit Dev:
Broadsheets in Reich Parkeep
What we need (apart from a letterhead logo, but there's a request for that in Visual Dev) is a modder who can adapt the Black Horse Courier system for use in the Reich Parkeep mod, and supply the solution in merge-friendly plugin form together with instructions on how to hook up the existing broadsheets. Please design the system in a way that lets it be added to as more broadsheets become written. Please also start counting the time from the point in time the player starts playing the mod, so half the papers won't have come and gone once he gets there, which might have happened if the dates were calculated from a fixed point.
Some of the broadsheets may be tied to specific quest events, and those won't be part of the cycle. They'll be "issued" (become enabled) when the quest conditions are right.
