So they'll be the same? If they do, they'll be a hell lot stronger than current ones in Oblivion.
well, vvardenfell is supose to be alot more dangerous then cyrodil (even with the blight gone)
definitely... which was why the ashlanders were in such need of disease protection... and why argonian characters where so cool until you started the main quest cause they were practically immune most of the time... more so than the Altmer characters
One question about keeping Corprus on the list...

Has it lost it's potency since the TES 3 timeline? Has Fyr in the past 6 years found a more reliable cure?

corprus will probably be a Mainquest related disease still....
I have a few random thoughts on it... but nothing big yet...
What about vampirism? Are the clans still going to be around? Are there going to be more clans that *came from the mainland*? Are vampires going to be easy to spot (are they going to have those pale features and sharp teeth and the like)?

Morrowind's vampires are extremely strong, but are easy to identify. The Temple hunts down vampires fiercely. The weak die, the strongest hide in the darkness and survive. "Natural" selection. In other lands, vampires aren't hunted nearly as much, so tons of weak bloodlines exist.
But is it the same strand of vampirism? Isn't there only one kind of vampirism?
Even though vampirism is technically Vaernima's disease, Molag Bal was the one who brought it to Nirn. And, like almost all other diseases, it changes. Molag Bal's happy that it does since it fucks up the gene pool even more. Lycanthropy is, as far as I know, kept the same by Hircine, who doesn't want his Hounds to become corrupted or lessened.
