So I fancied a trip up north, and as soon as the two Azura statues marking Blacklight's gate came into view, I got warning messages about missing meshes. Pretty much all that was missing were building models, which I found interesting, because I downloaded the Blacklight beta before I got into Silgrad and everything was fine.

Model Load Error: Meshes\smm\000_ex_com_building_01.nif cannot load file in Meshes\smm\000_ex_com_building_01.nif.
Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF.

typical to most mod installation, sometimes the data files dont extract properly, I had to manually move them from the Blacklight data file directory into my morrowind data files folder.

Well I got mine working I was just missing alot of data files, got them loaded and it's all fine now, I assume we are all aware that the City of Blacklight is not finished and their are still many buildings needed made and interiors as well. Thiers an entire section on the northwest corner or the city near the temple building thats all default markers, some have doors and windows floating also I am missing the "blackrose bush" meshe
or is it just me?

As for the blackrose thing... that was a seperate esp that came with Blacklight, that needs to be installed seperatly, perhaps Blacklight now requires Blackrose be installed to?
Blackrose is just an esp that adds a certain plant type.

As far as the rest of Blacklight goes, and in talking to Rodan, he has expressed his desire to complete it for TES3, but we know he is busy, and he has given us permission to do some of the areas outside the city, but its not something were going to tackle yet<< just info.

It comes with Blacklight, in a dir called Blackrose, since you have Blacklight installed you should have a dir called blacklight in your data dir, just move the files in that dir into you data dir, and check the blackrose.esp before playing.
