Ok I found something, though the fix does work, it is not complete and more work is required, but it wasnt hard to do, in the landscape editor, just click on the rip and move it slightly it will blend with the other cell, all 4 sides have to be done and the edges will need to be softened
Also the entire cell -28,11 is submerged, all the objects are floating on the water and the landscape is below.
Not sure about the reasons why this could happen but it does
I'll try to fix that as well, I wouldn't merge this fix with your working rev. I will keep it for the master, the file is allready over 600kb
