anyone remember what this was about, if so please explain
In an Icy Cavern their is a Frost Giant, once you've killed it and take its heart the ice around the "Flower of True Love" melts and you get the flower

what for? why? and how come?

Its a quest item for an allready implemented quest. Cant remember where to obtain it, can only remember that I played it once.

I found the flower but Im unsure as to what it is for, I'll have to get into the Dialogue Topics more and find out, just havent gotten around to that yet
There is a doomed Bosmer/Altmer romance somewhere in ST. I've encountered both the moonstruck Bosmer and the just-not-that-into-him Altmer somewhere in the town. Might be around the Westside BB or just wander around 'til you find a lost-looking Wood Elf. I've never found the flower so I don't know how that quest ends.

Ah HAAA I know what your talking about
I'll have to play that one all the way through and see where it leads to ensure that the cave which the flower is in, is located properly

Played this quest and all worked well the tomb location is geographically correct

I already went there. but it asks if I want to enter it. I say yes and nothing happens (maybe it's because of my silgrad tower version?)
