Yeah, that's not Ebbedin. That's an Indoril Settlement, which is sorta rich.

I think it is reasonable if Indoril refugees from the Helseth vs. Indoril civil war go to Ebbedin as a new home... and they would be welcomed... if they aren't the snobby type 9the snobby type usually wouldn't leave their land)....

Okay, let us be perfectly clear. This is a Redoran fishing village. Indoril is centered more south, and is in ruins.
