Im curious, why dont we have a link on the ES.com website, you would think we would since we are a very large mod site, with several large mods in production?

I've tried to get us on there a couple of times over the years, to no avail. But we're listed in the CS wiki (I think it was DarkAsmoeous who set us up there).
Good call making the thread though, because maybe we can discuss ideas on how to get even more exposure?
I'm not a 'gamer', and I have little knowledge of what gaming sites and communities are out there, but maybe some of you guys do, and could think of large communities where there may be Oblivion players? Because if we could move into that area we could reach people who are totally outside the established Elder Scrolls communities - planet elderscrolls, tessource, esf, scharesoft.de and others.
Those less clued in to oblivion hang out at gamefaqs, perhaps we cna try some recruiting there?

Yes, though lately I haven't kept up. Its easier to read penny-arcade because of less story to keep up with it
OOH. Make one at Penny-arcade.com! They're fans of oblivion... I think... and its a big video game site....though not elder scrolls focused
