Edit: I downloaded it and it works now.
There is a solution to the missing land/meshes problem you're experiencing ,you shouldn't launch two ESMs at the same time, they somehow seem to mess up the file paths for the meshes/land/textures. Before releasing the content to the public you should convert it to an esp. At least that's what worked for me.
