Maybe you's could make a seperate esp for it,or turn if on and off from the console? if you do make the need for water could you make the need for food to? i'd love to have to eat and drink everyday,it doesnt have to drain your health to,it could drain fatigue

The number one rule to an expansion mod is to not change teh way players experience the game outside of your mod.
Besides, if you want a mod that makes you eat... just go download one. There's a few out there.
Not heres not? i've looked at TESsource and planet elder scrolls,the main sites,nothing!,i dont download from TESsource anymore though..i tried to download ruined-tail,and it got corrupted twice.

I think it would be possible, but only for desert exteriors.
If I could remember the name, I'd tell you.. It's part of some general 'realism' mod for OB.
Lots of those, one that you have to eat food everyday, something like "Real Oblivion" you mean?
