I have no idea how my square-ish shaped inkwell turned into this, or even what this is, but here it is. Ah well...

Hmm, that to me looks like a decorative glass urn shape with little squares of glass. I know, I'll put it in an Altmeri Imports store!

Well, I think it'll need some textures before it goes anywhere. Glad that it might be of some use to someone, lol. Now, I've never textured before, but I think I'll make this into a nice peach glass urn, with a metal rim. :yes:

Hmm, good idea. but it isn't in morrowind fasion to have anything square, remember that, so it is imported from somewhere.

Bah, having trouble UV mapping, any tips?

It would look smooth if you smoothed the normals on it I think.

Okay. How do I do that?

I'm not a big Blender user, I mostly use Maya now that the Nif exporter is in good shape; so hopefully this information is correct as I couldn't find the answer through google.

As you can see it makes quite a difference.

I don't think NIF's save the SetSmooth though?
