Where exactly do the files go?
It would've been easier if you just had the files in Data Files/x instead of New Silgrad Tower Files/x.
I have no idea where to extract certain things.
PES hasn't approved the latest version yet. And it's not been updated on this site yet, for some reason?
No not yet, it may be a few days for that to happen
Oops! The RapidShare links no longer work (says deleted from server due to inactivity timeout), and the new version still is not available on PES!
Does anyone have a working link for the update files, or for the complete new version?

I have the full 1-4_3 from PES, so I guess just whatever files I need to upgrade to 1-4_6 would be great.

I think it is safe to assume that the upload to PES didn't work or has gone missing, it normally only takes a few hours to get approved, so it may be an idea to resubmit it.
Also i would suggest uploading to at least two different hosts so that if one is down for any reason then there is always an alternative, besides which, a lot of people struggle with fileplanets registration system and wont use it as a result.
Please note that a lot of people cannot download from Rapidshare because of their decision to prohibit access by proxy server, i would suggest using Yousendit which is a much better alternative.
Finally a temporary link for the upgrade - for Izdaari assuming he doesn't have it already.
