Silgrad Tower from the Ashes

This may seem like a dumb question, but how do we creat them? I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

avatars? well mine are mostly edited screens or logo's or something.. my last one was just a screen edited with Picasa.. this one is just a resize of the Septim(coin)..

I usually just google an images I want as my avatar. If its the right size I go to my Profile and edit my Avatar settings. Then you just browse for the pic (which you saved on you computer) and voila! You have an avatar. You could resize larger pics but that also usually increases the size and there's a limit...

I googled 'rice', and chose the best pic out of the bunch. Turned out alright, methinks.
