Oblivion Mod wiki, I'd suggest going over that if you're interested in finding some of the earlier modder resources and stuff, or find work that interests you. =) I just found that site. I'm not sure how up-to-date it is being kept mind you. :/

Yep, great site. I used to do some stuff for 'em before school started getting too much.

It's not really getting updated that much nowadays (as there aren't too many people there) but it's still a great place if you wanna find out more about mods. Recommended Mods has also, unfortunately, not been updated very much but is still great
