Ive successfully havoked several activators that i want to be able to destroy with melee magic and arrows the latter two are easy to script but melee weapons seem to be unable to trigger anything at all on activators....

Its 7z'd Vob decent quality very short

What I want to know is has anyone here figured out how to trigger an activator with melee, or possibly another post with this subject being discussed.

I think you can solve your problem by incorporating a trigzone NIF into your activator mesh, so you will be able to run OnTrigger block in its script.

with a few clues from that thread and some of the things I have personally been doing i was able to frankenstein my activators to trigger with melee strikes and at the same time i was able to remove the ability of the OnTrigger block to trigger by anything but melee arrows or magic so people cant just walk up and touch my stuff and trigger them Smile
