yea this is another of those "Maleficus" threads.
i just thought it would be cool to have certain cities more advanced than others. Some would ......ooooo i just got another idea.
VEHICLES!!! None of that horse crap, but say ancienct dwarven ones, that still happen to work, heehee.

Sorry to shoot you down, but dwarves were only on certain parts of Tamriel, mostly Vvardenfell.

but you know what... its a good idea... like maybe some places have trains made of long carts connected with a giant animal pulling whilke most poorer places have carriages or mounts or just walk... to show the very caste or rich-poor society as we can often envision many parts of Akavir
