The Three Little Guars
[1ST]O[/1ST]nce upon a time, there were three little guar pups: Pokey, Skippy, and Blinkey.

One day they decided to go out in the woods, even though Mommy Guar said "Be careful little guars, for there are ferocious Kagouti out there!"
But the three little guars didn't listen to Mommy Guar!

So they skipped out in the woods to find some delicious Willow Anther to nibble on.

They saw a scrib: "Hello, little scrib!" said Pokey
The scrib thumped a friendly thump on the ground

They saw a nix hound: "Hello, little nix hound!" said Skippy
The nix hound waved a friendly wave

They saw a kagouti: "Hello, BIG kagouti!" said Binkey
*NOOOO*
And the kagouti ROOOOOAAAAAAARED!

*Run little guars*

And the little guars ran as fast as their little guar legs could run!
*!!!*
They ran by Pelagiad.
They ran by the Kwama egg mine.
They ran by the Fields of Kummu Shrine.
And soon....

they were LOST
*NOOOO*

Poor little Binkey, Pokey, and Skippy were so scared!
And it was the middle of the night and the two moons were full,
casting an eerie light.

And they huddled under a corkbulb bush and cried
And they heard a THUMP.... THUMP.... THUMP.....
"Oh NO!" thought the three little guars
"We're surely DOOMED!"
*OH NO*
The three little guars wept little guar-pup tears and they huddled together
THUMP.... THUMP.... THUMP.....
And then they saw a BIG FACE through the corkbulb bush.....
UNCLE CORKY!!!!!
They were never so happy to see their uncle.
"You kids shouldn't be out at night"
"We're sorry, we will always listen to Mommy Guar from now on!"
And all the three little guars lived happily ever after

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......................... It's good, and weird. That was actualy included in ES3 ST?
Yup. It's a children's book, which is pretty original Big Grin It was penned by Moonkic if I'm not mistaken.
Wonderful, wonderful story - full of humour and gentle perception. 'course, when yer gets ter be ancient like as wot h'ai is, just remembering childhood is sheer pleasure.

There are plenty of ferumptious books in TES, and we are addin' more - way I feel though is that if everythin' is ferumptious, then lacking contrast, what is left becomes banal ...
