Note: Argonians (can) use their unborn eggs as soul gems, which is in lore (found in Redguard Dialouge).
Location: Rockguard, Alter to Mannimarco (like those in the OB mages guild questline)
The Quest begins in the Village of Rockgrove, where an Argonian woman aproaches you. She says that her eggs have been stolen by an a Imperial Necromancer, and that he is going to use a nearby alter to change them into vessels of the Dark Lord, Mannimarco. She asks you to go and retrieve the eggs before he does his tainted work, and that she wil reward you well.
You go off to retrieve the eggs, you can either kill the Necromancer, or just steal the eggs.
When you return you give the eggs back to the Argonian Woman, you asks if you would like to have one of her eggs, you then reply with a surprised answer, asking why she would give you her unborn child. She then says that these eggs are not for young, they are for enchanting, like a soul gem.
She then gives you the gems, and says if you want more she has an alchemy shop in the Village where you can by more off her, amongst other things.
End.
