I have a few questions here:
1. Will you be ordering in a elemental weapon, or should I just make them purchasable?.
2. Do you want a small quest?
3. Can someone post links for the latest downloads.
4. One last thing, I will need some models for the weapons, since i am no good at modelling or texturing, can someone make some.
Thats it, i will start work straight away.

3 You only need Oblivion for now. There will be a new release soon (with Steadhelm).
4 You could post a request on the Visual dev. board explaining want you want.

The only way i can see the ordering working is through quest updates.
When you speak to here you will see the option for ordering, recieve quest update. Place you order, Recieve quest update, wait 24 hours quest update ad reciev weapon.
The only problem is that you will only be able to order one weapon.
Any Ideas.
If you use one quest you could add a topic for every type of weapon and via the result script listing change the quest stages etc.
You could add more than one quest.
For every weapon a quest.
I see, but even then you will only be able to buy one of that weapon.

Since they are elemental, i could make them rare. She only has enough material to make a small supply.

If you want more than one weapon (initially disable these) of the same kind you need to write a script that enables the next weapon after the first one is sold. Etc.
