Got the files, i think the script is included to damage the player if they don't where wraitguard when wielding Keening or sunder, if not its an easy check if player is wearing the gauntlet and then mod health like so,

If (Player.GetEquipped Wraitguard == 0)

ModAV Health /5

MessageBox "Keening has dealt you a blow"

I personally think the Nerevarine sold them to the Creeper. That's just me though
