Id like to claim this. I recently claimed 0115 which is right next door and I'd like to tie the two together.
If accepted I have one question, Does it matter what kind of guild it is?

No you're free to decide, as long as it's not a Fighters Guild which we already have in the city. It can be a completely new guild too, that's your call.
I was looking at the exterior of this claim and theres a sign that says "guild of fighters." Will someone change this later if I make this something other than a fighters guild like Razorwing said?
