I tried contacting HP about problems with xp programs not working on vista. The only thing I tried was their online chat. No HP representative showed up after 5 minutes, so I left. Kinda hard to fill out an evaluation when there was no customer service provided.
I wonder if real live people evaluate those surveys. It'll be interesting to see if I get a response from the survey. :lmao:
