When Ebbedin's installed, my construction set won't open. That's going to be a problem obviously.

This is certainly TID'S call, but I'm pretty sure any copy of Ebbedin except the one that he's working on RFN is extremely suspect, especially with ST 2.0.

The claim is supposed to be dependant on both the Oblivion and Silgrad_Tower ESMs. There will be no Ebbedin ESM as it will be directly merged to the main ESM.
