The 2 Keeps represent the main enterance on the Morrowind Side of the Boarder
They are primarily for storage and garrison and also would be used to house refugees in time of war
They should have ample room for 20 occupants, no beds, but bedrolls will do, pillows and blankets, as well as storage for armor, weapons and food, with the top section devoted to garrison
3 floors max and a trap door to the roof, side doors on level 1 which would lead into the interior corridors and side doors on level 2 which will lead to the external walkway
anything above this is optional
