the Castle contract fell through most of the merchants left for better prospects leaving this and a few other homes available.

I will try this. If i am correct this is ex_hlalu_b_07, will use furn_de_p, maybe a basement. If you want i will make it richer(furn_de_r). Also tell me if i need to make/add NPC, and the north marker will be just placed.
Because i need to finish the herbalist shop, and have several claims on TR this will be finished within 7 days. If you need this faster tell me and i will see what can be done.

Hey as i said just keep em coming. Btw i will soon finish my ext claims on TR, so i will have more time, and this claims will be finished even faster.
This is finished. The chests are locked, north is just placed, lower door is also locked, cleaned with enchanted editor.
I was thinking the upper door could be locked from the outside.
