Taking into consideration that the High Council of House Redoran have moved to Ald Ruhn this home would actually be the home of a
Councilman who oversee's Kragenmoor
Regardless, the home should depict that of Nobility, rich textures and superior display's
Master Suite
Guest Suites
Kitchen
Dining area (possibly with musicians)
Office
Servants Chambers
Living area
at minimum
anything above this is optional

I will claim this, as you said: rich, manny rooms, will use furn_de_r, no NPC, rich stuf like rare pottery and other. Will be finished within 7 days.
Granted :check:
Look forward to seeing this one

A little info for you: I was thinking of going few levels underground so it doesent mess with the palace and the towers. The levels wont be much bigger then the building, but i must see how this looks in cs. In general this should have poorer rooms on the lowest levels(like servants and kitchen), and i was thinking of adding a room for one, maybe two guards.
Yes 2 or 3 levels is fine, most Manor homes like this that I have seen are typically 2 to 3 :check:
and putting the servents in the lower levels is also appropriete
I wouldn't add a room for the guards.
The guard barracks is on the other side of the District and most likely
they would be walking a post when on duty and head back to the
barracks when relieved

Hy Bob, this is not finished, it is just a layout. Take a look, and tell me if it is ok. IMO the masters room may be too big. The levels will go like this:
1. entrance
2. has two guest rooms
3. masters rooms, dining room, kitchen
4. could be two guest rooms
5. four servants rooms
The cell is named krag-002. Also there are no guard rooms.
You could delete this after you download it.
EDIT: Deleted, no need for it.
Very Good
That layout will do nicely
Thanks for the update
Bob
Is it ok if i mix rich and poor furniture. Poor will go on the lower levels.
Your meaning for the Servants?
Yes that is fine
enjoy
Bob
Yes the servants and the kitchen will be poor, masters room, dining room and guest rooms will be rich.
