Since this sounds relatively simple, I'd like to claim it and brush up my skills a little.

I did a bit of dialogue, and I thought it turned out okay, but I forgot to include ifSpeakerID= and their name... or something like that.
Anyways, I went into the TES Contruction set and found that an interior called ERC16 already exists. What do you want me to do with it?
Oh, I thought that the numbers excluded from the claims map were the old ones.... Well, so that we still know where to find what we need, rename the old cell ERCOld16 or some such thing
