I would say just start a thread there announcing your mod and that you are always in need of talented modders. They have a project going on right now, but compared to this its...tiny.

Welcome Spider a great suggestion. Since you are new it is always a time to give ye a Pineapple...

One of the mebers there is Kienelai. She already did a house interior on this forum (Sol1222 I think, it's a semi-akavir interior) and is active in the Akavir section (although I don't visit it often).
She was even a modder of the month.
Those are skilled and creative people.

Hmmm, maybe I should enter my palace I made with those guys...
