Karthor Dale General Info

KRD-024 was originally slated as a watch tower, Karthor Dale allready has 1 plus the Keep.... so its now a school

Hlaalu_b_01 exterior, so their are 3 entries

First Floor - Main Hall, Registration Desk, Dean's Office
Second Floor, Teachers Lounge, Library
Third & Fourth Floor - Classrooms

We should have at least 4 teachers, this would give 12 skills to train
Plus the Dean who can teach 3 others for a total of 15 skills
