Karthor Mining Company is a small Hlaalu Outfit under Imperial Rule
The miners work both the Burundi Glass Mine and the Karthor Diamond Mine which is south East of Karthor Dale, thier are 8 miners and 4 guards total
The Company Residence sits on a hill just south of the Burundi Glass Mine
The exterior is ex_Hlaalu_b_04
The single story above ground should be devoted to a common area with a large dinning table and chairs, some books and other misc items
The 2 below ground floors should be rooms for the miners, 4 per floor
Area for stored goods can either be on the first floor or below ground
