Skaliwag the Argonian's home

this residence was completed in the original VH version

so this is a repair or overhaul job

many of the objects are mis-aligned, also it will need a back door

The chest on the first floor was floating, the retort was floating, and i replaced it with calcinator, misc flask was resting on a point, mortar was resting on a point, and i think one barrel in the basement was bleeding.
