Veranis Hall General Information
Yet another member of the Stronghead family, Sigvaldi didn't like the life of hunting and war and became a Bard, spending his days walking the lands singing praises and motivating others, he moved to Veranis Hall from Windhelm and lived the remainder of his live teaching lute and song. Since retired Sigvaldi lives a peaceful and quite live style.

Home should be modest in_c_plain with basement
lots of clutter after years of traveling, musical instruments, sheet music, books of songs ( I will write some books for this and post the esp)
Basement used mostly as storage, possibly a small writing desk and some books
