Veranis Hall Quests
Hannet Abudandan is a rare find in Mainland Morrowind
A very old and dedicated Shaman, Hannet came to the mainland in search of his son, who wound up addicted to skooma and eventually killed by said skooma.
You will find Hannet in his yurt giving counsel to one young Dunmer named Bovin Falas, an addict who was fortunate enough not to get his hands on the "bad skooma"
The yurt should be traditional Ashlander, a few books on skooma and addiction (thier should be some in our data files, if not the Imperial Library is a good source of info)
