Hey,
The Mages Guild questline is going to be primarily story-based, this means much dialogue and thus much voicework needed. So, I'd like to ask y'all to look at this page, it contains which NPC's aren't claimed yet, and gives an indication of how much work is required.
If you'd like to claim a NPC, just post in the Mages Guild - Voicework topic.
