Not all of the regions have been generated yet. This particular region was generated a while back (link), but I still haven't contacted Zurke about the road yet. One of the main priorities over the last couple of months was working on the quest in the Forgotten Garden teaser, I didn't have much spare time outside of that. With exams over, I finally do have time to mod, and I'll send the information as soon as I am able.
