Wow! that is really really good. we could definately use him on elsweyr, if we had any quests....

Well the idea is (with IG's approval of course) that we use the quest I sent you (once edited) to do voice work (you for female, IG for male?) and then merge that quest with voices separately into both Elsweyr and ST. Of course I need some more work with Gecko to merge voice files, but that's next.

Also JKJ, feel free to add some Ta'agra phrases to that quest.

In terms of the overhaul of the voices, I was wondering if someone would be able to let me know what you intend to do with the rumours. Am I right in saying that they will be completely revamped for ST? In which case, you'll need to collate everything together at a later date and then pass on the lines, yes?

I believe SACarrow has you down as ST's Khajit expert, Ja-Kha'jay? In which case, I take it that these 'Ta'agra phrases' need to be recorded?

I can tell things are going to be manic for me this year in all respects so I ask because I need to schedule my actions a little.

My thinking is that we start with the UC Imperial first. I'll put together the remaining lines so you can put them in your hopper for after your OMG update. Here are my thought on your other voices:

• Khajiit is a definite, but I want to give JKJ a chance to do her editing magic,
  
• LC Imperial is also a definite, but requires that a new quest be cloned,
  
• Scot-as-Nord is proving a bit controversial, so I'll put out a full persuasion game set so people can hear more before deciding.
  

Any thoughts?

No more thoughts, really. I thought the Scot-as-Nord idea might receive a divided opinion, to be honest. The idea that these Nords are a separate, isolate 'clan', if you like, is credible but traditionalists are going to complain, nonetheless.

A few more issues whilst I have people's attention. I'm still unable to submit a new post. I can't see any buttons how to do so. Also, I have tried uploading my avatar which was initially too big for the requirements. These are 'below 25kb and between the dimensions of 120*180 pixels' (is the first one width, by the way? I completely forgot). Anyway, I've made no less than ten attempts with MS Paint's awkward damn settings and I've ended up with a jpeg that makes for a perfectly acceptable avatar and measures out at 2.42kb and 104*104. Yet the system is still rejecting it. Huh? :eek: What's with that?

Edit - Oh, after having told me that the picture's too big, it now seems to be working. Double huh? :eek:

This forum is kind of an experiment in mixed access: Core and VAs by invitation. It's very possible that some permission issues need to be worked out.
