Yeah I know it's a cut-n-paste of the other one, but it's almost 5 AM here.
And it's still true. 
One of the things we are shooting for here is to get back to the Morrowind style of speech for homogenized races in OB like the Bosmer and Dunmer. Well, AndySlayer has undertaken and pulled off both very different voices. Here is his Dunmer PerPack. Ignore the esm in the file title; I am very tired but almost done.
