I thought that that's the other "Furniture Warehouse".
I'm referring to the "Trader's Guild Warehouse" which already contains four Trader's Guild Guards.(I will still add a guard to the furniture warehouse, though)

You're right, it's SHC37, so yes please add a NPC who runs the warehouse and sleeps there as well.

Are you sure about sleeping there? There isn't much space there, and there's an unused member's quarters in the Trader's Guildhall. I was thinking that he/she could live there, but I don't mind either way.
