One of the things we are shooting for here is to get back to the Morrowind style of speech for homogenized races in OB like the Bosmer and Dunmer. Well, AndySlayer has undertaken and pulled off both very different voices. Here is his Bosmer PerPack. Kinda reminds you of good ol' Seyda and Fargoth. Fess up; how many of you whacked him later on?
