Yeah I know it's a cut-n-paste of the other one, but it's late here.
And it's still true. 
One of the things we are shooting for here is to get back to the Morrowind style of speech for homogenized races in OB like the Bosmer and Dunmer. Well, AndySlayer has undertaken and pulled off both very different voices. Here are some Dunmer samples.
