How is the shrine coming along, blackbird?
It's almost finished, but I was waiting on the long velothi tileset.
At this moment i don't count on the long velothi tileset anymore. Feel free to review this file (a big one) and merge it with the esm.
Hi blackbird. I was just browsing your last post and expected to see a file attachment. I thought I would mention this.
Based on what I am reading here, the Shrine is NOT completed
or am I reading this incorrect, it is completed without the Formal Set
or long set as its called ?

Since Razorwing isn't around anymore I don't know if a long velothi set will be available (unless phitt has donated one to ST). The rest of the shrine is finished, including NPC's and AI. IIRC there are no gaps in the latest file, so it's completed without he long velothi tileset.
